It all starts with nutrition. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. As simple as that is to read, it is not so simple to put into action, and that’s where we come in.

No other component of your daily life can have a greater effect than nutrition. Eating well in America, on a busy American schedule, is no easy task. We strongly suggest commiting to one of our nutritional programs for a minimum of three months.

Next Challenge Starts July 10, 2017!

The next 30 day challenge will launch on Monday, July 10, 2017 and conclude on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. The methodology and science behind our challenge will be driven by an “If it fits your macros (IIFYM)”/ Flexible Dieting approach. The IIFYM diet brings healthy eating back to basics: carbs, protein, and fat. This challenge will provide one-on-one nutritional coaching and accountability. This results proven program is sure to provide the education as well as just the right metabolic response your body needs. Our goal is to aid and assist you in successfully overcoming any/all previous struggles you have had in an effort to achieve the body you have always dreamed of!

This challenge provides each participant with the education, and the opportunity to get a more in-depth look into your personal eating patterns and trends, as well as the one-on-one support and accountability to meet your personal macronutrient goals. The goal is to improve your health and wellness through nutrition and in doing so you will improve how you look, feel, and perform.  

How It Works 

Our challenges are never about eating less and losing the most weight. You will work one-on-one with a coach to establish your personal daily goals. Those goals are to lead you to a healthier, happier you.

Upon signing up we will schedule your first consultation meeting with our nutrtional coach where all components of the challenge and/or package will be broken down and explained thoroughly to assure that you are set up for success.  The goal is to make this a lifestyle change. Together we will parter up and assure that you have the resources and support necessary to no longer partake in the next yo-yo diet, but rather make this a life long commitment.
