To commit to showing up! After that… comfortable workout clothes, water and to have a willingness to try something new. Eat, but eat about 2 hours before class. If you are taking a morning class have something small like a piece of fruit or some nuts, even if it is only a few min before class.

Absolutely, all classes are beginner friendly. All movements can be modified and scaled to ones ability level.

Show up! We can explain the safest ways to get you started with CrossFit.

Listen to your body. There is not a one size fits all answer to this. If you are new to working out definitely not more than 3 days per week until your body is ready for more.
