WHAT IS CROSSFIT30?

CrossFit30 is an all inclusive 30 minute CrossFit class based off of our result-proven CrossFit Delirium programming. This class serves as an introduction to CrossFit methodologies and is beginner friendly. We focus primarily on familiarizing and reinforcing proper form and technique of all foundational movements prior to added intensity and/or load. 

This class is all encompassing, fast paced, and works your entire body. We use CrossFit’s guiding principles to create a class that is conducive to those who’s lifestyle only permits 30 minutes a day to working out, but want to CrossFit. Don’t underestimate the work that can be done in just 30 minutes!

CROSSFIT30 VS. CROSSFIT

The primary difference between CrossFit and CrossFit30 , other than the amount of time spent in each class, is that CrossFit30 does not include any heavy weightlifting.  CrossFit30 classes primarily use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and will on occasion utilize barbells.  The focus here is on educating our members on proper form, ensuring safety, and creating a solid foundation of the functional movements.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.
