METCON CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE AT CROSSFIT DELIRIUM

We are happy to announce that CFD MetCon, based on popular demand,  has recently been added to our group fitness offerings.  You will get the benefit of a CrossFit certified instructor and personal attention to keep you safe during your workout.

MetCon classes at CrossFit Delirium are 30 min.  You do not need to be moving constantly for 60 min to get results. Each class will not only challenge, but elevate, your current fitness level. You will get results from our MetCon program, and have fun doing so.  

OUR METCON APPROACH

This challenging interval class combines various calisthenic exercises with intense cardio for maximum fat and calorie burn. MetCon classes often commences with dynamic stretching, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting light weights, push-ups, sit-ups, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Come prepared to sweat, feel your body get stronger and blast into shape.

Overall, the aim of MetCon is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.
