Yoga at CrossFit Delirium specializes in Vinyasa style yoga that connects breath to each movement while increasing strength, flexibility and mobility all at the same time. Postures or poses are not held in a fixed position for long and classes flow to music.

Everyone! Classes are one hour and structured for all levels from beginner to experienced yogi. Throughout the class challenges and modifications are given so everyone can flow at their own level and pace.
